I here some little town east of Billings is wanting to house the terrorists. Some fun!
The city of Hardin, the capital of the Crow Reservation, was persuaded to build a prison by some slick talkers from Texas a couple of years ago. Not surprisingly our state masters took a "dog-in-the-manger" attitude and thus it's been empty ever since. They may be a bit desperate but always have Uncle Sam to fall back on if times get tough—which is always, of course.
